Enter a world where architecture and nature co-exist peacefully, with each brick and brushstroke of cement-based texture paint telling a story of thoughtful design and serene beauty. Welcome to Earthy Elegance, a 2,500 square foot clubhouse designed by The Arch Studio and located in the tranquil surroundings of Salisbury Park in Pune. This architectural gem, completed in 2023, combines indoor and outdoor spaces, blending earthy aesthetics with modern functionality to create a welcoming retreat.

Earthy Elegance’s design philosophy revolves around harmonising with the natural environment while providing a warm, rejuvenating atmosphere. The creative use of brick cladding and cement-based texture paint creates a timeless, rustic aesthetic, with each design element thoughtfully integrated to create a cohesive and immersive experience.

The clubhouse’s striking exterior facade stands out with its rich, earthy brick cladding, representing the connection with nature. The bricks, each with a distinct texture and colour, change with the light throughout the day. The cement-based texture paint complements the brickwork, creating organic patterns and strengthening the building’s connection to its surroundings.

Large double doors at the entrance create a sense of grandeur, leading to a well-designed space. Indigenous plants and curated greenery soften the transition from outdoor to indoor spaces, while comfortable outdoor seating adds to the welcoming atmosphere.

The earthy aesthetic continues inside, with brick accent walls and cement-based texture paint that maintain a visual connection to the outside, encouraging openness and harmony with nature. Large windows and glass doors allow abundant natural light into the room, resulting in a dynamic interplay of light and shadow.

Sustainable materials, such as reclaimed wood and energy-efficient lighting, reflect the project’s environmentally friendly approach. Locally sourced printed tiles add a distinctive touch, while custom-made solid wood furniture enhances the natural charm.
