#Duplex M is an elegant blend of simplicity and sophistication
“Every detail in #Duplex M is intentional, crafting a home where simplicity and sophistication quietly coexist within a cocoon of luxury.” — Kiran Gala & Associates.
#Duplex M strikes a fine balance between contrasting moods, with the ground floor exuding elegance and tranquillity, and the first floor reflecting boldness with rich, vibrant colours.
The living and dining spaces on the lower level are minimal, calm, and elegant. The space is anchored by soft sage-green leather seating, supplemented by a variety of textural cushions in neutral tones that add layers of visual complexity. Two sleek grey armchairs face the sofa, forming a comfortable conversation nook surrounding dramatic, geometric coffee tables with eye-catching black-and-white patterns.

The Mandir is a tranquil resort that combines spirituality and artistic expression. A soft green velvet stool with elegant silver legs provides a comfy seating choice, a patterned green and gold rug grounds the space, the white marble flooring and fluted marble walls create a spotless backdrop, and a sculptural chandelier with glass discs in aqua and smoke grey hangs overhead, casting a subtle, diffused light that adds to the atmosphere.
The master suite features leather-clad wardrobe shutters and a Statuario marble backdrop, as well as a hanging carpet that adds warmth and texture. A velvety burgundy armchair and matching ottoman provide a snug reading nook, while gentle floral details on the cushions and wall art add a sense of calm.

With a lush vertical garden, bespoke outdoor furniture, and fibre optic lights set in the granite flooring, creating an illusion of a starry sky in this double-height environment, the terrace is truly an outdoor refuge.

The informal living space on the second level is a striking example of eclectic sophistication. The seating area is highlighted by velvety grey sofas with colourful throw cushions in blue and coral. The coffee table is a sleek black stone slab that holds a modern chess set and sculptural black and white vases filled with gentle pink blooms. Burnt orange velvet curtains frame the room, contrasting well with cool grey sheers, with a dark accent TV wall adding drama and depth. The den, on the other hand, is a fun-filled yet sophisticated area, with statement items and a golden-hued glass table that creates a wave effect.
The son’s bedroom retains a simple aesthetic. The bed’s backrest has modest leather elements that give warmth, and the quartz-topped side tables offer sophistication. The elegant ceiling design brings everything together, producing a clean, peaceful, and effortlessly sophisticated atmosphere.

Throughout the home, the material palette is important in bringing the design together. Statuario and Amazonite marble provide elegance, and glass and metal accents elegantly reflect light, heightening the sensation of space. Soft linens and exquisite rugs provide comfort while offsetting the slick concrete and stone flooring.
