A serene retreat of rustic luxury
“This home, within the warm arms of Prakriti Farms, honours nature and its rustic appeal. With each part of the house opening up to lush greenery, it is a journey into the heart of nature’s unrefined magnificence.” —- Nivasa.
Tucked inside Prakriti Farms, this home has rustic appeal and an intimate connection with nature. Its beauty emerges from its focus on elemental materials and its perfect blend with the natural surroundings. The home was carefully designed in an L-shape to increase sunlight and blur the space between the inside and outside, with three bedrooms and an enormous living room. Rich wooden accents and natural textures complement the neutral grey walls. The living area has a basic layout of the expansive Tonic on Waves bar and is decorated with plush linens, boucle-upholstered furnishings and sleek marble centre tables.

Every room is beautifully planned to receive plenty of sunlight, with at least two sources in every area. A skylight over the staircase highlights the interior’s radiance and relation to the outside. The combination of elegant white couches and the rustic natural centre tables produces an ideal ambience for the space. A suspended table combined with leather chairs creates a raw yet refined feel, reflecting the celebration of natural and organic textures in the dining area.

The home highlights a few prominent items that elegantly complement its tranquil and zen feeling. The floating dining table is the pièce de résistance; a very unique concept in which the table is hung from the ceiling, removing the need for leg support while increasing legroom. The table is accompanied by eight dining chairs made of gorgeous patinated leather.
One of the bedrooms differs from traditional luxury, accepting a nuanced aesthetic appeal. Its subtle and straightforward design includes a low, straight-line wooden bed with built-in bedside tables that showcase the wood’s natural beauty. A console with an enormous stone façade complements the bed, highlighting the stone’s natural patterns. In the room, the focal point is the bed back, made from a broken marble slab, with edges smoothed out but still retaining its raw, rustic appeal. This magnificent marble spreads beautifully in the room, covering two gorgeous bedside tables.

The second bedroom has a low wooden bed, designed in a light grey-walled room resembling a stone house. This room is pleasantly natural with open wooden shelves, a floor rug, and art pieces adorning the walls. The third bedroom includes a white bed and a comfortable white couch, nestled with minimal furniture and décor elements.
