Sabri Palms, a sprawling 2500 sq. ft. residence in Mumbai, stands as a testament to opulent living with a perfect fusion of luxury and functionality. This bare-shell project by Dipttii Khanna Designs is meticulously designed to fulfil the client’s desire for a spacious abode adorned with lavish features.
Upon entering the house, a thoughtful entrance foyer discreetly transitions into the living room, ensuring a sense of privacy. The living space is a vast area designed for familial gatherings, exuding comfort and elegance. Civil changes were implemented to accommodate four bedrooms, including a utility room for guests, all seamlessly integrated into the house’s layout.
A striking feature is the connected dining area and semi-open kitchen, designed to fulfil the client’s wish for an open kitchen feel while allowing privacy. The bar, adorned with black and golden elements, stands out as a major highlight, offering a luxurious ambience. Minimalist displays and a carefully selected chandelier enhance the overall bar experience.
The master bedroom is a masterpiece of design, incorporating a walk-in wardrobe, dresser, and study area. The bathroom features a Jacuzzi that overlooks a highlighted wall feature, creating a serene and sophisticated atmosphere. The parents’ bedroom opts for simplicity, using neutral tones with subtle golden accents for a tranquil ambience.
The guest bedroom, also serving as the client’s daughter’s space, embraces a blackish vibe with striking black elements complemented by white, grey, and chrome accents. A showstopper marble backdrop with a slant pattern and a wavy design captures attention, adding an element of drama to the room. Specially designed light fixtures and handles cater to the daughter’s love for animals, infusing a unique personality into the space.
The kids’ bedroom is a playful haven adorned with football art highlights on the walls and ample playing space. Twin beds with personalised headboards, a boyish colour palette of blue, yellow, and grey, and dedicated study and wardrobe spaces create an environment that resonates with the young inhabitants’ love for games and exploration.
